Default Seriously Inspired 2....Interaction!

That thread shows how differing opinions can hamper PC's. The PC's are to aid in the colonization of a major city and it's reconstruction. When it's time to adopt a charter, debate and politics get in the way. Using the NPC motivation cards for the faction leaders. This can work on a smaller scale too.

This is already underway in my game. Ask my players what it feels like to be "pawns" in the plans of TWO competitive UN commanders. It can get really fun trying to figure out who's orders you should follow.

I just have to add that I think the NPC motivation cards from T2k are genius and could probably be a good addition to any genre of games. Any other similar systems from other games that people are aware of?

I'm thinking of creating a community and trying it out. I'll borrow T2013's rebuilding rules and computer net rules. The community is trying to organize a regional center for coordinating salvage and aid recovery efforts.
