Default East Europe OOBs

Among the Baltic states, only Latvia remain under Russian occupation. Nevertheless, the two others don't have any true army and I goes per cannon

With support from Russia, Bulgaria retain a small air force that proved valuable to the Pact. I haven't put it here but a fair part of the Bulgarian navy is still afloat.

I went as per cannon but I modified the tanks (never understood that Russian tanks thing) and added a small air squadron at Thessaloniki. In my game the city retain some tiny oil supply and that is enough to make these planes flight from time to time.
