Latin Americas OOBs
That's what I came up for myself but I expect this to be highly different in the case of a regular T2K game. I'll try to put some additional material as I will for Africa.
LATIN AMERICA NICARAGUA FSLN (Sandinistas) Manpower: 10,000 Location: Throughout Nicaragua COSTA RICA Relampago (Immediate Reaction Battalion) Manpower: 1100 Assets: 2 M113A3 Location: Throughout Costa Rica Prior to the war (as today) this country had no army but this was made up from scratch in order to bring some order. FARC - Teófilo Forero (Florencia) Manpower : 2300 - Guerilla Brigade (South-East) Manopower : 8000 CUBA I consider the cuban navy to be entirely sunk. Nevertheless, this is irrelevant to the regular T2K as Cuba was not involved. However, in T2K, the war would not have put any more pressure on Cuba than the long lasting American Embargo. In fact, I would consider Cuba to be the main remaining power in the area with: some naval power and cargo transport, a reduced but working airforce, a full army, medical and some working industrial capabilities.
