A new government is being formed: In a joint effort to secure and better the lives of the people of Northern California, General Rupert Willies, repatriating MilGovAsia forces and the good people of Eureka have collectively formed the Provisional Californian Goverment (PCG), based in Eureka, California.

The "MilGov" forces have probably realized that "MilGov" as an entity with a future is somewhat meaningless in the new situation (like "PacGov" is a somewhat hollow concept now), the slate has been wiped, so to speak.

..I only have to shoot my way out of this NDP cadre infested nuclear bunker and into the open terrain outside with its several brigades of NDP cadre troops and make my way -practically alone - over several hundred kilometers of rad storm beaten,marauder infested ,violent,polluted and barren wastelands..
