Semi-OT: OCS in Hanoi

This may have T2K implications: how many battlefield commissions were likely awarded as the war went on? Well, here's an unusual instance of battlefield commissions being awarded: to three USAF enlisted men held with the AF, Navy, and Marine aircrews who were POWs in Hanoi.
