T2013 reconstruction rules.
Time to get my USB drive out and take another look at Twilight 2013. One of it's most overlooked useful feature was the reconstruction projects in man hours. It reminded me of the first ed. Warsaw module. I'm a V2.2 guy, but the reconstruction and careers are very valuable to me. The T2013 crew will get kudos form me. The Weapon Wear thread reminded me of the salvage and repair rules there, where a character is scrapping a G36, then fixing another G36 with the parts.

I had a decent run at the reloading times and outputs back in the day. I liked it really...
Ignore the timeline and take the parts the suite your own game...

Had to pull out my beat up Hard Copy of the book (yes I am one of the few Canadians that actually bought the book itself) to re-read the rules.
I think reconstruction rules are mainly for when you decide to settle down - like in the charming villa of Everytown - and make an effort at get back to normal.
