Default Unplanned Outage

Router power supply was acting up we were down for about 25 min.

May be another planned 2-4 hour outage in the next few days if I rewire and run some physical server maintenance (cleaning fans etc).

edit checked the logs it was 25 min not 15

This one was planned. I put up an announcement I think at 9am CDT today.

I wanted to simplify my network and KVM (keyboard/video/monitor) wiring, add a couple of new external drives, and test all of the router power supplies I have. We currently have one OEM backup to the current generic one.

Generic router power supplies go bad about once every 18-24 months so I wanted to make sure we have a new one waiting to go.

Nice!

I get a little paranoid when my favorite game websites go down unannounced...... So many have gone offline taking pages of really good material down the rabbit hole.
