depends on the version you play with I guess
For those of you who don't know this resort is the former Brand-Briesen Airfield Brand-Briesen Airfield is a redeveloped military air base located near Brandenburg, Germany, about 60 km south-southeast of Berlin. Built in 1938 it was used by both the Luftwaffe and the Soviet Air force. In 1992 the base as taken over by the New Federal German Government, it was sold to Cargo Lifter 1996. Cargo Lifter had intended to build airships at the airfield. While the former north main runway was being demolished, Cargo Lifter began building the then-largest free bearing hall in the world in the centre of the site, where they intended to set up production of airships. The hall (360 m long, 220 m wide and 106 m high), was a freestanding steel-dome "barrel-bowl" construction, large enough to fit the Eiffel Tower on its side. The hangar was also equipped with a 180 m cutting table to manufacture the airship's envelope. Construction of the hall was complete in November 2000, at a cost of €78M Cargo Lifter managed to construct several operational prototypes, but went bankrupt in 2002. In 2003, the receivers sold the hall and 500 hectares of the grounds to Tanjong, a Malaysian company who converted the hanger into a leisure resort called My Tropical Island.

So, basically a Butlins? You could definitely have a disused holiday resort as a base in a game. Wouldn't go swimming mind you...
