Twilight 2000 Alt-Campaigns (4e)
I'm a fan of T2000 alt-campaigns - particularly in 4e. Kinda how Twilight Nightmares was completely divorced from the main plotline.
Some that I've worked on: The Gloom - DTRPG “Everything looks like a monster in the fog.” – Aki Bahrampour INTRODUCTION: As the last offensive failed, the brass decided to wheel out their last, big weapon. Drawing on decades of research in their secret bioweapons division, they finally unleashed Operation Verdigris in the war-torn fields of the front. No-one was prepared for what came out of the Gloom. Here Be Dragons - DTRPG Smoke fills the air, the taste of burning is on your tongue and in your nose. Your belly rumbles as you’ve not had enough food these last three days and forever you have one eye on the horizon and one ear listening out for the beat of wings. Here Be Dragons is a different look at the post-apocalyptic world after a awakening of an ancient enemy brings our civilisation to ruin. This reign of dragons brings down a Rain of Fire and destruction by tooth and fang. Enhanced - DTRPG Enhanced provides a framework for super soldiers in the Twilight War, based on alien particles discovered in the aftermath of the Tunguska Event. From these mutagenic agents, the Americans build heroes at their secret base in Raven Rock and the Soviets build monsters which roam the forests of the Urals. ExSanguine - DTRPG Brings rules for Vampires into T2K and other Step Dice Systems De Occulta - DTRPG Brings rules for spirits and magic into T2K and other Step Dice systems Tangents - DTRPG A double book - bringing Zombies AND Psychic Powers into Twilight 2000. -- so in theory you can have Vampires fighting Dragons in Twilight 2000. |

It's an interesting niche. I wonder what percentage of T2k Refs/players enjoy supernatural elements in their post-apocalyptic military-themed RPGs.
Although it's not really my cup of tea, I understand and respect that others enjoy a supernatural twist. For those folks, Tegyrius and I included optional rules for vampires and werewolves in our Romania sourcebook (not 4e, though). https://www.drivethrurpg.com/en/prod...nia-sourcebook -

There is a market in it - it’s a small market - maybe do an update.
It’s not just about running t2000. It’s about t2000 finally being a modern system that can work for literally anything. |

Traveller: the new era, Cadillacs and Dinosaurs and Dark Conspiracy. If you've got these books you really can run anything with the old 2.2 edition.

Good point

Anyway, T2K is just a solid system for gameable modern warfare. |
