RPGhost archive.
I have added an additional forum "Archive" to the main list of forums.
It contains just over 400 threads from our old home. There are a few useful nuggets hidden in there. These threads now have a permanent home and will be searchable. Antenna's forum is next on my list to both provide a backup and allow a single source to search. I still have a lot to do on the archive. Like check links and add keywords but I wanted to get it in front of everyone. If you find something worthy of moving to the main forum (for additional exposure) comment or just bump the thread. Hope you find something interesting. kato |

I have just discovered that my 400 or so posts in the archive seem to dominate any search results. I am considering back dating these posts to put them back where they actually belong time wise.
I am of two minds on this. I want the older posts to get exposure, but if someone is looking for a recent post it might have to trudge through pages of results to find it. Anyone have an opinion on this? |

The trudge is worth it in my mind. What's a few more minutes searching for what you're after in comparison to the chance of totally missing it?

More older files added to the archive.
These are files that Chico saved and was kind enough to provide to me. Unlike the other threads in the archive these are not random, but files that were considered to have a value that merited saving. Here are the threads I have added tonight Accelerated Pre-War Platform Development Asian Bases Cantonments as Fiefs More on the Sino-Soviet War South Africa and the Twilight War Soviet Hit List Space State Guards and Civil Defense Why the nukes did less damage SaudiaArbaian OOB for RDF SB Sealift in TW2000 Soviet Naval Strategy Syrian OOB Tank Corps Tank Crew Blues The Pacific The Sino-Soviet War, Pt 2.1 The Sino-Soviet War, Pt 2.2 The Sino-Soviet War, Pt 2.3 The Sino-Soviet War, Pt. 2.4 TSiG: Soviet/Warpac Reaction to the Winter War TSig, Ch 4: The Sino-Soviet War, Pt 1 TSiG, Ch3: Soviet Reform, Pt. 1 TSiG, Ch2: Soviet Reform, Pt. 2 TSiG, Ch2: Soviet Reform, Pt. 3 UK home Units (part 1) UK home Units (part 2) Urban encounter ideas Us Acr Oob US Army Combat Aviation Units OOB Revised CentCom OOB US Div OOB US Navy & USMC Aviation orbat US Sep Bde OOB Us Sfg Oob WWIII As Seen Through Soviet Eyes I will add another similar amount soon (I have only completed about half), but as I have to process like a dozen different formats to pull out the data it is kinda mind numbing. As before If you find a thread interesting bump it and I will move it to the main forum. As I move the threads I will try to clean them up a little bit more. |

Ok I finished the remaining 40 or so threads from Chico. Some good stuff in there. Eventually I will tag with keywords, reformat things like quotes, and try to fix missing attachments and links..
Enjoy. |
