LOL, keep thinking that...DHS is sort of like cockroaches...they are everywhere and they just won't die, no matter how much Raid you use!

Cockroaches don't need Raid, they require 00 buckshot!

LOL...the tree roaches down here in Mississippi damn near require anti-tank weapons in order to kill them...and they are large enough to carry their own and shoot back!

The only real grip I have with DHS is that every time I fly to a shooting tournment, I have to point to my red tags and say "That is my weapon, this is my gun, that is for killing and this is for fun!" Them pat downs get awfully personal!!

Just as an aside, a couple of years back when the security checks were starting to get bumped up a bit over here a bag of mine had the explosives wand waved over it.
The bag was one I'd had from the army and was it's purpose was to give the soldier somewhere to store the gear they didn't need in their webbing or pack - a set of civilian clothes, extra toiletries and so on with access about once every couple of weeks. It was never supposed to come close to weapons, ammo etc. In the time I'd had it (15+ years) not once had some much as a blank round come into contact with it, and I'd run it through the washing machine at least half a dozen times.

It tested positive.
