Those whales were seen off the Victorian coast so they would be much, much closer to Legbreaker than me. If you want a US-comparison, I live in southern California and Legbreaker lives in Florida. Or more realistically in terms of climate, I live in northern California and Leg lives in Maine.

It's just a touch warmer here than in Maine. Probably more like Baltimore but with less snow.

With only 400k people in the entire state, that could be debatable.
