Need a map

Hello, if it is not too much trouble, I need a map of the world (perfectly with territories/states) as of the NATO offensive in Poland in 2000. The map is for a TLW 2K Nation Game I am proposing on a forum known for its alternate histories. I have tried finding it and doing the map myself but I have not found a map and creating it is difficult.

Some time ago we produced a map for our site about the last NATO offensive in Poland. It was based in the interpretations of Legbreaker about the NATO plans in this operation. So, it’s not a map about the development of the offensive, but about the planned (optimistic), movements of the NATO major units implied just before the offensive begins. It’s thought to show the players the overall dimensions of the incoming show where they will be invited to participate, as a starting point of a campaign (“The Road to Kalisz”) that would end with the usual “Good luck… “ and link with the GDW’s published modules. May be you find it useful.
