Ain't that the truth. It seems everyone E-7 and above has a pathological reaction to seeing a soldier sleeping or resting or doing anything that doesn't involve work. It's sad, really, given how sleep deprivation degraded everything a soldier does and is supposed to be doing to the best of his ability.
