Rule Question - Charisma
This has been bothering me for a bit of a long time.
Example: Person A (charisma 1 out of 10) Will new ncps react bad even when he/she doesn't open his/her mouth? What if they are hooded or disguised or has a full-face-helmet of sorts... Is there ways to live a fullfiling and happy life with 1 in charisma - as you might know it doesn't mean you stink like raw sewage...you might just be really obnoxius have an unparrarelled way of bad timing etc... your thoughts... (Targan - with harnsmashermaster rules are offcourse accepted)
