Displacement of 1,510/1,830 tons. Speed of 14.5/17kts. Crew of 67. Armament consists of eight 533mm torpedo tubes (4 fwd, 4 aft), sisters discarded in 1985-90. To be discarded in 1993.

2 Tromp-class Guided Missile Frigates

Armament consists of two twin Harpoon launchers, one single Mk13 with Standard MR SAMs, one eight-cell NATO Sea Sparrow launcher, one twin 120mm/50 Bofors guns, one single Goalkeeper CIWS, two triple 324mm ASW torpedo tubes, 1 Lynx ASW helo. Equipped with command facilities and act as flagships.

2 Jacob van Heemskerck-class Guided Missile Frigates

Displacement of 3,750 tons. Speed of 30kts. Crew of 217. Armament consists of two quad Harpoon launchers, on single Mk13 launcher with Standard MR SAMs, one single Goalkeeper CIWS, two twin 324mm ASW torpedoes. Built as replacement hulls for two Kortenaer-class sold to Greece. Modified Kortenaer-class with additional command facilities. With the two Tromp-class frigates, this allows the Dutch to field four escort flotillas.

Plans are currently calling for the retirement of F 807, F 810 in 1996-96, two to be placed in reserve and the last four to be kept in service.
