MVD/KGB Units

Has anyone seen a good source for MVD and KGB divisions? Organization and designations mainly, but also equipment issues.

KGB I assume were primarily border guard units or did the KGB also field internal security units?

MVD were primarily tasked with internal security, correct?

I assume that any armor assigned would be of the T-72A variety and BTR-70s in 1995; not quite front line but not obsolete either. Anyone know if they used older equipment, like T-55s and BTR-60s?
