Reactivation of the Salem-class cruisers.
C-17 transport aircraft schedule accelerated.
Midgetman missile.
LAV-75/M8 AGS.
AKMR rifle.
Light Motorized division, FAVs in Light Infantry Division and the Light Armored Cav Regiment
SU-130

(and the opposite, things that were kept in service longer than reality:
the 600-ship Navy, with many of the older classes of frigates, destroyers and the Midway-class carriers still in service
M-48A5s, T-34/85s, SU-100s and SU-76s in NATO and Pact service, respectively)
