Anyone read the Walking Dead comic book series?

its been made into a TV series here in the States (AMC so cable only I think?)

I also have a question for the UK guys, a coworker mentioned that there was a "Big Brother" type reality tv show in the UK featuring zombies. anyone heard of this?
