Cheese fondue
I have never made fondue before, but if you give me thumbs up I will happily give it a try. While I was in Switzerland I studied the construction of this exessively decadent, massively calorific, highly unhealthful, but nevertheless delicious dish. Properly made and consumed with high volumes of white wine it is a life changer... For the better. Give me a shout if you want me to prepare this as I must shop around to come up with the right ingrediens. Do you have the serving stuff, GP?
