A figure out of the post war world. This man seems to roam the country at will. He apparently travels unarmed, but cannot be surprised and leaves all attackers either unconscious or dead. He always appears out of nowhere at times of crisis and seeks to help the common people. He has no tolerance of power seekers but, will rarely become directly involved. Some Morrow reports state that this man might be Morrow himself.
