KFS "Trade Outpost" in West Virginia: Newell WV

A competition. Let's see a few NPC's or businesses in a KFS Trade Outpost.

Newell, is just outside Kentucky (just over the Ohio River, in the northernmost part of West Virginia). At first glance, it's a small, uninteresting town but it has one very interesting asset: the only oil refinery in West Virginia (IRL this was owned by Quaker State until 1997). This refinery specializes in lubricants and resins

Let's assume that Newell was not hit during the nuclear exchange. Newell's Refinery is now owned by the Studebaker family and is guarded by their security forces. The refinery still receives crude oil from various parts of the Appalachians (shipped by truck, barge or even horse-drawn wagon) and it makes a profit by selling the refined products. Customers include Truckers, Maxwell's Militia and anyone who wants fuel, lubricants and/or chemical feedstocks.
