V2.2 boxed set includes some color adventure cards. Basically some one page adventures that you can run without much prep time. It also has some maps and sheets of game counters that you can use for games, instead of drawing things on paper or lugging around miniatures. The counters represent vehicles and men (or women).

Here's some descriptions

$80 bucks wow, is it brand new mint condition? If they claim it is mint condition ask if the game counter sheets are cut or uncut. There should be two sheets.

I wonder how much a "gently used" T2.2 boxed set will go for?

My books are packed away, but I'm going to say yes, but there are some differences between 2.2 and 2.0. I can't remember off the top of my head all of the differences. But the one that sticks out to me the most is the vehicle damage charts are slightly different. For some vehicles, 2.0 uses a "crew in hull (CIH)" to describe certain vehicles , but this is missing from 2.2 I think. I don't think it is anything drastic like the switch from V1 to V2.0 though.
