Twilight 2013 small arms help

Hello I was wondering if anyone has figured out any of the calculations for small arms design with Twilight 2013?

I understand that somewhere out in the internet someone was trying to figure out the calculations. Might someone have been involved in that? I am playing around with my Excel weapon creator and would like it to stat them out for 2013 as well as TW2000. Not for posting or printing. Just me. Any help or nudges would be greatly appreciated.

For example, I see that the barrel length determines the optimum range and the sight radius determines the maximum range. This depends upon the weapon type but basically this is the method, I think.
