There is specific mention of the IV Corp in the EES and from memory these units were sent from the US after the Civgov/Divgov split.

More info to come once I've had a chance to look.

Yes I know the units had been sent after the split. As I remember the Corps was made up of Reserve and National Guard Divisions.

I think Albania/Yugoslavia was about the only place Civgov could send troops and not have them bumping into Milgov loyal units. While strategically rather pointless, the ability to send troops to war was politically necessary to develop Civgovs legitimacy.
