Hmmm, Head Pain could result in going to General Quarters...

"Sargent, I got blown up....What's that I can't hear you....I'm going to my bunk now."

Yeah I've heard of all sorts of reasons for a GI to escape work. Some of them are funny and some of them make you have to wonder until you see the youtube video.

nah..just playig on words.

I would like to take the opportunity to ensure everybody that General Pain is truly a person / character that most if not all would be unable to emulate.

He is quirky in his own manner and so unpredictable its almost regular.

If indeed we were the same person I woul ddefinantly be in need of professional help...

In our campaign ( we meet about every 3-4 months to do a weekend of ftf) we have played out everything from the players having brigades under their command to the players figthing and kiling over a scrawny dog for food to survive. GP ( General Pain as hi nick on the boards is, lost his 5 years + runnning RL time of ftfs character last year in a deadly showdown and is currently bringing the legacy further with GPs son ( in game). ( For those who are concerned with the mix of RL and in game nomenclature here - I am assured thAT WE HAVE A SOLID GRIP ON THE DISTINCTION between game and RL )

The party is now stuck just south of the river in Cottonwood ,CA. The year in game is 2020. ( having gamed out our non canon and thus heathen setting from 2004 game time to "present") .I have `em holed up in an old warehouse with their mangy RV and assorted sporting firearms and rusty AKs looking to try to reach the last stronghold of their squabbeled away empire in Eureka, CA.. Is the god 0le`" going home" with a twist you might say.

as you probably surmise from my ramblings I`ve had a few ( tied one on as some say) -

good night and good luck !
