I then propose a pre mission recce of the seabed around teh facility to look for entrance points below surface together w MAO if he is willing .

All msut be done in the black ,no papertrail ,leave no clues and off grid mode absolute must .

I max out the credit on the card I got from Mao withdrawing all of it - in cash.( Prior to going to Chicago - or if GM finicky - I leave ,withdraw and return.

Together with my own 120 000 dollars I should start out at app 150 000,-

The card I wipe down and ditch in a public toilet dust bin.

I then ask Mao to lend me some cash as I am about broke .

ISOFAC : location where the team members will be driven too after they are picked up at the meeting point downtown.( Van with windows covered ).

Cellphones etc are kindly asked to be handed in before we get there.No outside contact once inside to eliminate risks and speed up task at hand.

Also launch point and rally point if nescessary to fall back.

I make sure it is stacked with matresses,sleeping bags,used stove,pots and pans and a well filled freezer and dry goods cupboard.Water bottles etc.

I set up a medical bay with table ,rudimentary desinfection and stock with medical supplies.

Cover windows ,make sure there are no reasons for neighbours or PD/FD to check in .Bolt doors and windows with home depot steel bars etc (power tools as nescessary.) Assign each teammembera firing position and find the spots for Maos CCTV cams that will go up once he arrives.
