will check it next weekend - regular frozen import is what I can get.. no hunting season for gators here now...

Have we settled for the crockodile?
If it can be obtained I am very much for.
I haven't had a decent piece of crockodile since I was in Namibia.
And that is a long time ago.

Let me know if there are any problems or if you want me to fix a starter or a dessert - anything less than 3 courses would be a dissapointment.

Last time was excellent - and I would love to repeat that.

It will be good to see you again over a bottke of lux wine, some extinct animal and a Cuban cigar.

Last time I ate crocodile, it wasn't really what I would describe as a delicacy. To be frank, I felt violated both by the store that sold it to me and the croc it self. Please also buy hot dogs for backup food.

Bring some hot dogs. You never know with croc.
