I hope to be there - but cant say for sure due to other holliday plans.

If it doesnt happen 1-4 August maybe the 9th to the 11th might be an alternative?

Hi all.

Given all uncertainity about the upcomming event, should we set a go/nogo date?
If we agree that all participants must state whether they will attend (or most likely will not) on the first weekend of August within the first comming Wednesday, we can make a decision on whether we go ahead or postpone it to a later date in August.

Is this OK with you?

If so, let us know if you can show up at the BH first weekend in August within Wednesday

Can probably arrive at the BH Kristiansand around four oclock.

The weekend after if NOT a good option for me as I will be travelling.

Please respond positively and quickly so I can book airline tickets.
