When I was in the Reserves (both the 4/92FA and 475th QM), the 99th ARCOM (Army reserve command) was under the control of 1ST Army. So was every unit on the East Coast as well as the 78th Infantry Division (PA National Guard), 10th Mountain, 82nd Airborne, and all the cadres at Ft. Picket, Ft. Lee, and Ft Drum. I'm not sure what else 1ST Army controlled. It was a BIG command.
