I have a ton of those figures and am building them for Twilight 2000 games. As I get them painted up to a standard I am happy with....I'll put them up. The only pack I have never been able to find is pack 408 sadly.

Rebel Minis
Rebel Minis - Mike Renegar do decent 15 mm minis of various types -including a nice Spetznas contingent .
I order some packs from them ,and got them to add a paintjob too. I thought I got great value for money . Good service . |

I just use my Warhammer 40 Imperial Guard figures...they work pretty well.

I just bought the Warhammer 40K RPG by the way... I miss face to face gaming and maybe I can convince someone to play in a campaign of this with me.

I generally use Valhallans for Soviets, Caidians as Americans, and Catachans as PCs. Assorted plastic toy vehicles of roughly comparable size are fairly inexpensive and relatively easy to find when I am not in the mood to scratch-build a specific vehicle.
For a big battle (such as at the end of The Ruins of Warsaw) we played it out using HO-scale figures on the gaming room floor. |

We use Axis & Allies minis from WotC...they work well, as long as you don't mind subbing WWII vehicles & uniforms for TW2K models...

http://www.peterpig.co.uk/range17.htm And you can get some very nice buildings from Timecast: http://www.timecastmodels.co.uk/buil...catalogue.html Make sure to check out the SE Asia range - there's some pretty good little buildings in that range. I have some Battlefront WWII 15mm on the painting table but they don't really do much for me (the figures are nice but 20th Century uniforms are dull - I much prefer painting my Napoleonics to be honest. But these PP figures always look pretty good. I'm told the rules make for a fun campaign as you faction struggles to rule your fantasy Third World country. |

I have a pile of 1/72 plastic soldiers. They don't hold paint as well, but more bang for the buck, just under 50 for less than $10 normally. Vehicles range from $8-$20.
