NTI website. Good source about nukes proliferation

Mohoender 08-20-2008, 12:58 PM I found this site to be interesting as it provides some interesting historical facts about nukes proliferation. It has some nice elements about recent and old stuff. Pretty official it seems and chaired by an american senator.

This is a post similar to the one on Russian maneuvers but when I made the first one I didn't realize that its title sounded as if it concerned Georgia's events. Not the case, I think we are done with the subject.
