Arrested again, LOL. I agree with the woman saying its a waste of police force, he will never stop and make a fairly decent living out of it. What the point of arresting him anyway?

Just some details about it: The guy (for french welfare service) is 66% handicaped and plagued with vertigo.

LOL. Sydney is completely opposite side of the continent from me. And I have problems with heights. Didn't stop me getting into rock climbing and abseiling when I was a teenager (although I did spend the entire time terrified).
