Yes it is. Here's his latest from his Space:1889 blog.
http://space1889.blogspot.com/2012/1...ard-drive.html He talks about that book and his Space:1889 ebooks. Lee.

That's a "yup"--if you click on the bio link on the Amazon site, it says so.

I think Frank is an active member (or semi-active anyway) of HMGS-South, they have a webforum at hmgs-south.com.

FYI - that book is being published by Baen Books: one of the nice things they do is two, three months or so before release, they put the e-book ARC up for sale for a lot of the books they do. In this case, for 15 bucks. Note, this is the Advanced Reader Copy: the final version that is bound with dead tree's have been edited with the changed and goofs found in the ARC. But this is a good way to get your mitts on a book a good while in advance of the release date.

Baen and Frank Chadwick..it's like Cookies and Chips Ice Cream. Well, I got my latest gaming rules from him (Men Against Fire) signed by the man himself and I made sure to thank him for T2K and GDW in general (and tell him he got me into the trade, after a fashion).
