IIRC, that was a Glock 18 with a 100-round C-MAG.

Copied from http://www.imfdb.org/wiki/Skyfall
Glock 18C Patrice (Ola Rapace) is seen shooting a Glock 18C loaded with "depleted uranium" rounds at Bond and Eve in Turkey. He initially uses a 100-round Beta-C drum magazine, but later switches to extended 33-round ones during the train chase. In Shanghai Patrice uses the Glock in semi-auto and supressed.

I was gonna say silly, or stupid, but then it is a glock.
But yeah, as others have said 18C.

Wow, that's going to be one seriously overheated handgun after burning through 100 rounds in a short space of time.

Enh. Don't worry. It was using those special depleted uranium 9mm rounds.

Excellent... and the funny thing is, there was actually a reasonable reason for making such a weapon at the time: something to allow artillerymen to buy time with before hauling ass outa there when getting overrun.
The first PDW!
