Anyone put down some of the basic "laws" they have thought of in their campaigns?
Is it simply any previous rules of law still apply just enforced by the military or did you write up something specific maybe? With 1000's and 1000's of law on the books, I would THINK a few 10-20 at most would be easier to enforce after TDM. Thoughts?

I would see them going back to something like the ten commandments or something like that. Or more specifily just some of them, the real question would be would the power that be follow them or not?

Long before computers and even the printing press, there were communities with "thousands and thousands" of laws. I don't know that a Third World War will suddenly resolve all of that to a handful.
I think a good example would be various occupied cities and nations in Europe during and immediately after WW2. As a general rule, the 'basic' laws prevailed, but the 'occupying power' would unilaterally suspend some, add a few of their own, etc. These might encompass

Some good ideas there...thanks.
Seems like there are two sets maybe: 1. Standard laws regarding basic citizenship: no murder/assault/rape/theft, etc. 2. Military Control: control of movement, resources, weapons, fraternization. Would limitations on reproduction be too much?

most cantontments you would think would be either community laws - in which case probably the same martial law types that would have been in effect during the war - i.e. most personal freedoms suspended for the duration of the emergency types - or strong man type rulers - i.e. what I say goes
