NoVA Twilight 2000 Rollcall?

I have found a second member of our august body here in Northern VA (NoVA for the unaware) and was wondering, without giving TOO much away (ID theft happens), what would people who are in NoVA think of scheduling a get-together for those either in NoVA or close by?

Four men make a Fire Team. If everyone shows up, you're +1. I run a similarly sized crew and four players is a good balance for Equipment, Skills, and most importantly, the Time spent on each player's actions in a round.

Just reminding you that tomorrow is our first meetup. If you're in or near NoVa and wish to attend, come on by at Noon tomorrow. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided. And yes, I will spring for a pizza(s) (We are gamers, I expect mass quantities will be consumed, however, most of us I expect are in our late 30s and probably hear it often from our doctors...)

Our first meeting was well attended, we had 4 plus myself in my living room, with mpipes and bryan0711 in attendance and two other gents, Marc and Glen also attending. We decided on a mixed RPG/miniatures approach. We decided on 2.2 rules, with v1 timeline with some potential changes.

I expect we should be able to kick off in late Feb, and I suspect we should have two more slots open if anyone local is interested, if so, please PM me care of the boards.

I am thinking of holding a get together soon. My wife is a little hesitant about holding it at the house again, so there might be a change of venue (local hobby shop, gotta call around).

In any event, lemme know via PM what days this month, or early next you guys are good for?
