Default OT - What to Make of This

As most of you know some 14 months ago I became a father to a little girl

Recently she has taken to pull items of shelfs, most recently all of TW 2000 Version 2.2 and Version 1 and my dice, which are in a container, when the rule hit the floor is opened up to character generation rules.

How about that

PS She to aviod my Pallidum Recon Books, but also loves my Kevin Dockey Books?

It also sounds like she's smart -- she's avoiding an overly-complicated and contradictory set of rules.

She also sounds like possibly a soldier in the making.

She also might be tired of having her father playing around with his game instead of playing with her.

Terri-Anne seems to have a fascination with my dice box as well, probably because it rattles and dice are fun to roll downstairs:-) She also will quite often make a grab for my Car Wars boxset.

I had a cat when I was a teenager that used to steal my dice all the time and bat them around the house.

Its the old deluxe edition. Main rules, truck stop and Midville expansions all in one. It was the definitive edition when it came out about 25 years ago Sits on the shelf beside all the other games that I sadly haven't played in years mostly - battle cars, air war, squad leader, fire team, flight leader, dreadnought, seelowe, wings, star fleet battles, circus maximus etc. One of these days when I win the lottery I'll have time to play them

Air War (including the expansion set) was one of the things that didn't show up when those two boxes went missing between Ft. Bragg and here...

About 100 new aircraft, new maneuvers, rules for VIFF flight in a Harrier, new missiles, errata...bunch of great stuff.

Well, just remember if I win the BIG LOTTERY! All of you are invited for a week or longer gamming session! Complete with atmosphere for ambiance!

Imagine being a GM and as the dice roll you hear the GM say,

And as you drive down the pothole filled road you hear......

And then a moment later a .50 cal goes off with a long burst.

and then the GM says,

"Actions please?"

Sounds interesting Paul - I'll keep an eye on ebay etc for it.

Jester, that sounds awesome :-) A similar invite will stand here if the right numbers ever come up - 11 million quid jackpot tonight I think, fingers crossed
