Default A question on calculating damage

What happens if a person takes a hit on a location (say a limb) which has been hit before and has no more structure points?

Would not the total loss of structure points mean the location (limb) has been removed, or would that be structure points=total damage + 1 mean loss of limb?

In either case if the limb is no more I would assume a re-roll for location.

A bullet isn't going to sever a limb. A melee attack could, but that leaves my core question unanswered.

A bullet isn't going to swerve to hit an area that still has Sp.

The way I would handle it would be the bullet hit the damaged limb. As all the SP is gone, no additional structure damage would occur. But bleed damage would increase still and you would take the normal amount or more of the endurance loss.
