Oh they most certainly are. Hitting a full-sized roo in a car without a proper roo bar at 110kph will almost certainly result in the car being completely written off, and possibly everyone inside ending up dead, too.

That does make sense in fact, same thing will happen in some cases if you happen to hit a full sized buck (male deer) around here or further north.

And you have to admit, you had to wonder in T2K if there was at least one marauder leader accompanied by some peon/toady/yes-man who introduced said marauder leader by proclaiming:

To make it even worse, try a full-grown moose. They are big buggers that can pretty much roll a normal sedan in to a ball of twisted metal...
