Default Encounter Group#14 Napoleon's Own.

Name: Napoleon's Own.
Geographical Location: Based in 10, found anywhere.
H&M Average:10
H&M Range 0-19
Number found : 1-10
Tech Level: Any
Power / Resources : All but nuclear weapons.
Weapons: Any except energy or laser weapons.
Special Attributes: Unpredictable.

Description:This group sprang up initially in upper Wisconsin immediately following the War. They are the descendants of an institution specializing in the treatment of schizophrenics. As such they go well out of the way to imitate some admired person out of history or fiction. They have a very widespread library available and can be almost anyone. Napoleon is their hereditary leader.

Seen in Operation Lucifer. Good for a laugh. Maybe lighten up a campaign that has gotten to dark. Maybe just to sidetrack the Team for a game session while they chase down a Robin Hood that has their Trade pack, or a Marcel Marceau stuck in an invisible box until a Team Member lets him out.

Has anyone successfully used one of these folks? I have yet to find a sequence in any of the games I have played/ran to interject one of Napoleon's Own. Although the Robin Hood idea does have a lot of merit.

My $0.02
