I just joined the Battletech forums last week! Hey, if you wouldn't mind mentioning the Korean Peninsula Sourcebook and Rook's Gambit, also available on DriveThruRPG, I'd really appreciate it.

FYI the new fanzine which is almost done will have a new canon section dedicated to the Free Port of Zanzibar and also the first installment of the excellent East Africa Story "Looking for Something" by cawest that was published here first (https://forum.juhlin.com/showthread....ht=east+africa) I am also putting together something for publication that would have ways to bring East Africa more to life for those playing there.
Including things like information on Changaa, a Kenyan homemade spirit that could be used for fuel or to get blind drunk (sometimes literally) on. It has an alcohol content as high as 86 percent and has been known to be doctored with just about everything to give it more kick (and I wouldnt bet against it being boiled with old shoes a la Willy Wonka) Or the local Kenyan beer which is named Tusker (yes that is its real name) in both a pale lager and a slightly more alcoholic premium lager. Hoping to get it out in September |
