Okay, so I bought it a few minutes ago and I'll say this...
You want to send your Players to adventure in the northwest of North America, then this book should be a central part of your game plan. And there's information in it that would prove useful for any other region that has snowbound winters along with a barrel-load of vehicles suitable for the Pacific Northwest and some new equipment suitable for any snowy region along with tables such as ice thickness of frozen water and what weight it can support
