Anyone use the City Maker?

Has anyone tried the City Maker out of Howling Wilderness? I don't really get it and didn't know if it was worth laminating.

I use to way back when. There's enough variablity to do a fair job of creating a portion of a city, or better a small town or village. With the use of computers I have long since forgotten it.
