Default Project 100,000

This is a video by Simon Whistler about mentally challenged troops being drafted into the Vietnam War. This could happen again in the darkest days of the Twilight War.

Back in the 1990's, one needed a 9th grade reading and comprehension for the safety rules of some systems.

I was in the USAF in the early 80's at McGuire AFB in command of the air cargo/warehouse branch. One of my airmen was a member of this group. A bit over 20 years in service and had basically topped out as a Technical Sergeant.

He was not the brightest guy, but he was a conscientious worker that you knew was doing his best. He was a good guy that did well with close supervision. He was well liked and never the source of any attitude.

Did what he was told, how he was told, and never complained. I really liked him.
