Default Differences between British-drive and American-drive vehicles?

I was just watching a Men At Work video and I noticed that the VW Van's side door was on the opposite side of the vehicle from VW Van's sold in the US. Other than the steering wheel, what other differences are there between US drive and British drive vehicles? Do these differences (or any others) apply to military vehicles, depending on where they were built?

Not really an answer to your question but it inspired me to look up right hand drive US vehicles and I found this HMMWV.
I do have to say it kinda weirds me out. . .

I can't speak to military vehicles, but when I was assigned to and arrived in Pretoria, I promptly went out and purchased a left-hand drive (LHD) Honda Jazz, which I drove for about 4 months, until new orders came for a posting in Mumbai, India. Sold the Jazz, but when I got back to the USA in 2013, I purchased a Honda Fit (right hand drive - RHD), which is the Jazz by another name.

Other than the steering wheel, having owned both vehicles about a half decade apart, I can't recall any vehicle differences.

Fun fact: The State of Kuwait had to create a new entry in their DMV system for my Honda Fit. That make/model had never been previously sold in or imported to Kuwait.
