I deleted user frankene (Who I saw had several posts deleted by our Mods).

I will see if I can allow the Moderators to "delete as spam" which will block the user and IP address.

Yeah, using that option is invaluable. That way you get a spam-bot like that fellow was, the moderators can do more than simply "bail water" and can actually "plug the hole".
