I have always taken GDW's nuke targets with a grain of salt - supposedly the strikes were only against command and control and oil targets and trying to keep civilian casualities low (i.e. why they didnt nuke Chicago, NY, Boston, etc..)

well if so they sure nuked the hell ouf of LA and Philly when smaller nukes could have done the same job with less destruction to the civilian population

adn some of the effects dont make sense - the biggest one being Colorado Springs - with the attack there and how big it was there shouldnt be a Colorado Springs govt - because there shouldnt be a Colorado Springs anymore

and you dont need to go after oil facilities with 100 kiloton plus nukes - either their targeting systems sucked or they really did want to kill a hell of a lot of civilians along with the oil facilities
