Thanks Benjamin for the suggestion. I'll be honest I never looked closely at the Canadian target list. I never considered that some Canadian targets would overlap with US cities. I'm a little embarrassed by that fact.

I think you forgot the 1 MT strike against the oil refining facilities at Quebec, the city not the province. It could be that the Anglo-Canadians did it;-0

I'll Add it and Remove the province hit. That is known as a geocoding error. I needed to test Quebec, Quebec Canada rather than just Quebec, Canada. If anyone finds any others let me know.
