Krakow ORMO

Hey all, I had a question about the situation with the ORMO. I have the Free City of Krakow module, and it mentions a lot about the ORMO, but I was wondering what they would think about these Americans (and British and Germans as my players would have it) driving around with their HMMWVs and 1/2 Ton Trucks rigged up with M60s and the like?

I mean, it's a 'free city'and all, so I'm sure there's other groups of "adventurers" travelling about with their stuff too, but how would the stalwart protectors of Krakow take these outsiders?
